Espresso Variants
Almost everyone are aware of the term “espresso”. I also have talked a lot on it in my previous posts. Now you will get an insight about couple of variations of espresso drink.
Here are several variants of espresso drink:
o Cappuccino: Coffee covered with foam from steamed milk. Normally served mid-morning, usually not after lunchtime or supper
o Caffe Latte: Coffee served using scalded milk commonly served early in the day
o Caffe macchiato: Espresso with the touch from steamed milk
o Caffe Lungo: That is “Long coffee”, created with additional water
o Caffe Corretto: The “Corrected” coffee using a little bit of cognac or grappa
o Caffe Ristretto: This one is concentrated espresso made with less water
